Working For Startup

If you see startups on the resume, you know you're dealing with somebody who will work hard. The smaller the company when they joined it, and the larger the company got, the more likely they have some capacity for leadership — and that's true irrespective of their title at the company, and irrespective of what their resume says they did there. The more unusual the problem their startup addressed, the more likely they have the capacity to solve challenging problems in original ways.
