How can we detect memory problem?
Open the DSSErrors.log file and search for:
- depleted
The amount of bytes mentioned in the message is usually insignificant at this point, i.e., it does not indicate that either one of physical memory (RAM), heap size in the registry and/or virtual memory settings in NT/2000 are insufficient without further investigation. At the time specified, the MicroStrategy Intelligence Server process, the 'MSTRSVR.exe' process, is also terminated. This behavior is by design to avoid the MicroStrategy Intelligence Server process to consume all of the system resources.
