What is the requirement if you have CPU license?
Intelligence Server is licensed based on CPU number and clock speed. Thus, Intelligence Server can only be installed on machines with a maximum clock speed that equals the licensed clock speed. If you try to install the product on a machine faster than what is licensed, installation fails. Additionally, you must have an Intelligence Server Universal license to install on 64-bit Windows operating systems.
