$ kill -9 `ps ax | grep node | grep meteor | awk '{print $1}'`  # to kill meteor

$ meteor help
$ meteor run [--port] [--production] [--raw-logs] [--settings] [--release] [--program]
$ meteor create [--release <release>] <name> [--example] [--list]
$ meteor update [--release <release>]
$ meteor add <package> [package] [package..]
$ meteor remove <package> [package] [package..]
$ meteor list [--using]
$ meteor bundle <output_file.tar.gz> [--debug]
$ meteor mongo [--url] [site]
$ meteor reset
$ meteor deploy <site> [--settings settings.json] [--debug] [--delete] [--star]
$ meteor logs <site>

To determine the version of meteor:

cat .meteor/release
meteor show meteor
Meteor.release // inside a JavaScript console

To update your project to the latest version of meteor:

meteor update

To update your project to a specific version of meteor:

meteor update --release 0.6.4.1

To install a specific version of meteor:

curl "https://install.meteor.com/?release=1.3.3.1" | sh
curl https://install.meteor.com/ | sed 's/1.4/1.3.3.1/' | sh

The second command above uses sed to replace the current version (version 1.4) 
with version 1.3.3.1.
