1. Spend at least one hour each week with a close friend
  2. Play with a dog a few minutes every day
  3. Get a 12-minute massage 3 times per week

  5. Treat yourself some thing nice
    1. Jamba juice
    2. Movie
  6. Listen to upbeat music
  7. Walnuts, kiwi, bananas, cherries, pineapple, tomatoes, and plums are naturally high in serotonin. You can also eat foods high in tryptophan, an essential amino acid that your body converts to serotonin. Tryptophan is commonly found in proteins such as Turkey, fish, chicken, cottage cheese, nuts, cheese.
  8. Get more omega-3 fatty acid: Flaxseeds, walnuts, soybeans, kidney beans, and black beans are excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids.
  9. Take your vitamins. Cooked Lentils. A half-cup of these hearty legumes contains 180 micrograms of folate, as well as plenty of protein and fiber. Have them as a side dish with dinner or toss them in salads or soups. They’re also a great protein source for vegetarians. Per fortification requirements, one cup of cooked enriched whole-wheat pasta contains about 160 micrograms of folic acid—not to mention up to 25 percent of your daily fiber need. A half-cup of steamed greens (spinach) has 131 micrograms of folate. Stir cooked spinach into your favorite marinara sauces, soups, casserole dishes, and omelets, or enjoy it on the side. Packed with antioxidants (Cooked Asparagus) that slow the aging process, asparagus also offers 121 micrograms of folate in a half-cup serving. Bonus: Since it’s a natural diuretic, it can help your body flush out excess salt and decrease bloating. Eat it on the side, add it to omelets and frittatas, or roll it up in a warm tortilla with cooked chicken and other veggies.
  10. Meditate
  11. Look into the mirror and force yourself to smile
  12. Bang on something
  13. Go easy on yourself. When something goes wrong, resist the urge to mentally beat yourself up. Give yourself permission to be human being and not a human doing. When you caught yourself mentally berating yourself for some supposed failing, replace your negative thoughts with the phrase "I am doing the best I know how to do. When I know a better way and can do it, I will".
  14. Break out of your routine today. Sometimes being stuck in a rut is just that. Get out of it and your mood may come along with you. Take a day off from work and go explore a town nearby. Go out to a restaurant for dinner—even though it's a Tuesday night. Take a different route as you drive to work, wear something that is totally "not you," or take your camera and go on a photography hike. For a major blue mood, consider that it might be time for you to take a vacation.
  15. Take a walk.
  16. Exercise.

What is my overall marketing plan / How do I plan to drive reader to the site?

  • Free advertising is applicable
  • Google Adwords

If I run a company, what benefits would I offer to me and my employees?

The typical benefits:

  • 401k
  • Healthcare
  • Vision
  • Dental
  • PTO
  • Free food / cafeteria
  • Bonus sharing
  1. Rather than paying out the bonus, consider if it is possible (legal) to contribute the bonus to the 401k plan (in addition to the normal 401k plan). This is so that the employee does not have to pay tax on the bonus and can take full advantage of the 401k benefit (most people cannot afford to take full advantage of the maximum 401k limit).
  2. We would also offer paid vacation (the cost of the vacation is paid by the company) with shopping spree up to a certain yearly limit. The time that the employee is on these vacation is deducted from the PTO, but the company pay for the vacation expense and shopping spree (up to a certain yearly limit). The employee can take advantage of this benefit twice a year, 4 months apart. The company pay for the vacation expense (up to a certain limit) to make it possible for employees to take these vacation. Our model is "work hard, play hard". We want our employees to be able to live life the way life should be lived.
